1. Start with – Henry’s 100% Rye – thinly sliced
2. Add… ANYTHING! Find your favourite spread/toppings and be creative.
It can be a filling breakfast, lunch, snack…

- smoked fish
- new potatoes
- salad greens
- tasty spreads (tapenade, tzatziki, baba ganoush, peanut butter)
- quick pickles (red onions, cucs…)
- egg salad (try different flavours/versions… maybe curry?)

- cheese
- leftovers
Also… GREAT for gatherings! Don’t put them together yourself, let your guests make their own.
